Jaime Garcia Marquez is a Postdoc at the Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB). Jaime has a long expertise on the use of ecological spatial methods which he has applied in research and consulting on biodiversity and ecosystem services conservation and landscape planning. He is now working on spatial modelling approaches towards identifying a safe operating space of water ressources within the Horizon Europe project “SOS-Water”.
